Simon initially began his real estate career in Perth Western Australia, joining an international company, Jones Lang La Salle, specialising in the commercial and industrial sector for approximately 6 years. On arriving in New Zealand Simon moved to Muriwai Beach and joined Harcourts where he achieved the coveted position of Number One Rural/Residential Sales and Marketing Consultant for New Zealand. As a measure of his success in selling properties throughout Muriwai Beach, Waimauku and Kumeu, he was the Number One agent for the Harcourts Kumeu Office on all but one of his 12 years there.
In 2009 Simon and his wife Angela Little, herself an acclaimed realtor and noted industry trainer, joined the Bayleys Real Estate group as business owners of the North West franchise which is responsible for selling properties from Te Atatu Peninsula, Henderson, West Harbour, Hobsonville, Whenuapai, Herald Island and through to Kumeu, Riverhead, Taupaki, Waimauku, Muriwai Beach and Helensville.

Simon enjoys a healthy balance of work, family and friends, many of whom started out as clients. He gets his stimulation from meeting new people and marketing a whole range of properties from one bedroom coastal baches at Muriwai Beach to million dollar homes on large acreages throughout the Kumeu District. He leads a busy lifestyle however, being organised and focused keeps him on track.
